To apply for program admission to the School, applicants must complete and sign the Admissions Application.

Each applicant must submit a copy of his or her high school diploma or G.E.D. to qualify for acceptance into all programs.

Photo identification must be provided with application for enrollment.

A copy of a photo driver's license or passport photo page is required at the time of enrollment.
