This course is designed to allow students to get hands-on training of various repair problems. It also includes shop practices, customer relations, estimating, recordkeeping, and insurance presentation. After completing this course, the student should be able to quickly identify repair problems; make repairs to the movement; make some repairs to the case and band; and know how to manage a repair shop. |
